Returns & Warranty

This limited manufacturer's warranty is provided to you, the end user of a KeyBudz product, by us Class and Culture LLC (dba KeyBudz) of 1516 E Tropicana Ave Suite 295-2 Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, USA.

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all KeyBudz products. KeyBudz warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions provided with the product.

KeyBudz does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than KeyBudz.
